This notice explains how we handle information when you use the online exam results portal.
What we collect
When you search for results, we log the date of birth used in the search, verification attempts, IP address, and timestamps. We do not display phone numbers publicly.
Why we collect it
This information is used only to verify identity, protect student privacy, prevent abuse, and help academy staff troubleshoot access issues.
Retention
Access logs are kept for a limited period configured by the academy and may be deleted automatically after that period.
